The General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to consumers within the meaning of the code of Belgian Economic Law (any natural person who acts for purposes that fall outside his trade, business or professional activity). If you are not a consumer, our B2B terms  automatically applied to you. The General Terms and Conditions apply to every consumer who uses this website and to every order that the consumer places on this website or via e-mail.

The General Terms and Conditions may change, in accordance with Article 17.1. The latest version is always available on our website.

Products

Sofie Darche always tries to display as clear a picture of the products as possible on the website. However, colors may differ in reality.  

Not all products are in stock at all times. If you order a product that is not in stock, we will contact you.

Your order

To place an order, click on 'add to cart' next to the product. When you have chosen all your items, you can check the order in the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in any wishes and the desired delivery. By clicking on 'checkout', you agree to the order.

After placing the order you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order and instructions about payment.  

Price & Payment

All prices of the products are stated in the webshop and include VAT and exclude shipping costs. The shipping price is shown in the shopping cart at checkout. This way there are no unexpected costs.

Prices can change at any time, but once you have placed an order, the price cannot change unless there is an obvious error.

If an incorrect price is displayed on our website for reasons for which we are not responsible, Sofie Darche is not obliged to deliver at this price. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can cancel the order.

Payment is made by bank transfer. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about the order and payment instructions. The order is only final after payment.

Cancel

You can cancel your order up to just before shipment, so a maximum of 2 days after placing the order. From the moment you receive the confirmation email with Track & Trace, you can no longer cancel. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for it, you will be refunded the full amount including shipping costs. If you do not cancel in time, you can still invoke the right to return within 2 weeks as described further.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered to the address you enter at checkout.

If you order several products at the same time, they can still be shipped separately. This will be communicated via the confirmation email you receive from us.

Sofie Darche is under no obligation to ship your goods before receipt of payment. If we have not received the payment after 2 weeks (14 days), your order will be canceled automatically.

Damage & Warranty

In case of damage to a product, you may return it and the cost is for Sofie Darche. If there is a case of damage, please report this by mail: info@sofiedarche.be.

You can choose between refund or repair of the product.

Sofie Darche offers the warranty of repair or exchange in case of damage if not caused by the buyer. If it is apparent that the product has been damaged due to poor care, Sofie Darche will not provide any warranty. In this case you can contact us for repair of the product for a fee.

return

Returning your products is only possible if the packaging is still in its original condition. Stickers, price & labels may not be removed if you wish to return the product. All accompanying delivered goods must be returned. We reserve the right to refuse your returns if these conditions are not met.

The buyer can choose how he/she returns and the return is at the buyer's expense. It is also possible to exchange your product in the flagship store in Leuven.

Sofie Darche is in no way responsible for any loss or damage to the products before we receive them back. Keep the proof of shipment until we send you the confirmation of delivery to avoid problems.
